Accidents involving commercial vehicles have specific challenges and we are always ready to meet these challenges whether it means hiring a professional engineer or different types of tools we have used in the past that we have been successful with. In one case we took a lipstick camera and put it in the visor of a truck driver’s hat just to show what he could see through his mirror as he was going through his turn. We found out that he had a wide angle view and we used that wide angle view to provide our client the type of tool she needed to prove the truck driver should have seen her.
