Brain injuries can happen at birth, they can also happened as the result of an accident. At the hospital many times a neurologist will clear our client medically and send them home and then when they get home they continue to suffer from injuries undiagnosed at the hospital. We can have a neuropsychologist do a whole battery of tests over several days to determine what parts of the brain have been damaged and how they manifest themselves into a diminished ability to enjoy life.
