Client had an asthma attack and called the ambulance. She arrived at the hospital and advised the EMT not to take her out in the stretcher, that she would walk. The EMT pulled the stretcher and the legs of the stretcher didn’t lock causing the client to fall and flip while strapped to the stretcher.

Injuries: Pinched nerve in spinal cord and neck, spinal surgery.

client was changing pump strainer on hot air furnace when he stepped on a board and started to fall thru the ceiling.

The client was doing an air conditioner routine maintenance when he had to use a wooden ladder and the floor was slippery causing the ladder to slip and making him fall.
