What is Road Rash -- Motorcycle Accidents Road Rash sounds innocuous enough and in some cases it is. A simple spill off a bike or a tumble off a skateboard can produce an insignificant bruising that many people call road rash–this type is easily fixed up with neosporin, a band aid and/or gauze.
